Welcome to the official website of the Alameda Ultimate frisbee program. Alameda Ultimate runs programs for Middle and High School aged kids. The programs are open to all genders, skill levels, and students from schools across Alameda and elsewhere!

Taurus is our Middle School program for students in 6th to 8th grade. The team practices twice a week and participates in leagues and tournaments throughout the school year.

Monarchs is our High School program for students in 9th to 12th grade. The team practices up to three times a week and participates in leagues and tournaments throughout the school year.
